  • 08.00 hrs : Depart in the morning for Samburu Game Reserve arriving in time for lunch at the Lodge.
  • 15.30 hrs : After lunch proceed for a game drive in search of the elusive leopard, lion, elephant, gerenuk, Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, oryx and other plains game. Dinner and overnight at lodge.
  • 06.30 hrs: Proceed for an early morning game drive. Return to the Lodge for breakfast.
  • 10.30 hrs: After breakfast proceed for a further game drive, returning back for lunch at the Lodge. Afternoon at leisure.
  • 15.30 hrs: A further game drive. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.
  • Leave in the morning to reach the small town of Nyeri for a sumptuous lunch before leaving for the tree hotel of your choice, Treetops, The Ark or Mountain Lodge), in the early afternoon. The night is spent on your comfortable perch, above the floodlit water hole and saltlick where, all night long, a procession of animals come to drink. Dinner and overnight at a Tree Hotel.
  • During the morning cross the tip of the Aberdare mountains briefly stopping to admire the 73m of Thompson’s Falls, named after the Scot explorer who first saw the Falls in 1884. Continue to Lake Nakuru arriving in time for a hot lunch.
  • 15.00hrs : Afternoon game drive of Lake Nakuru National Park to view flamingos, water buck, Rhino , buffaloes etc. The flamingos at Lake Nakuru are often described as the ‘WORLD’S GREATEST BIRD SPECTACLE’. Dinner and overnight at lodge.
  • After breakfast depart for Masai Mara arriving in time for lunch.
  • 15.30 hrs : Afternoon game drive during which it would be possible to locate the huge black-maned lions, for which the reserve is famous. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.
