13 Days Masai Mara / Nakuru / Amboseli / Manyara / Serengeti / Ngorongoro

Day 1: Nairobi / Masai Mara

0900 hrs: Leave Nairobi via the Great Rift Valley for Masai Mara Game Reserve, picnic lunch en route. On arrival proceed for a game drive in search of black maned lion, elephant, leopard and cheetah, buffalo and other plains game. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Masai Mara

0630 hrs: Proceed for an early morning pre-breakfast game drive. Return to the camp for breakfast.

1030 hrs: After breakfast proceed for a further game drive. Lunch at the campsite.

1530 hrs: After lunch a further game drive. Dinner and overnight at the campsite.

Day 3: Masai Mara

0800 hrs: After breakfast, proceed on a full day game drive and also visit the Hippo Pool (Mara River). Here you can come out of the vehicle and sit on the rocks and view the hippos and crocodiles in the river. You can also go for a short walk with a warden. Return to the campsite for dinner and overnight

Day 4: Masai Mara / Lake Nakuru (Flamingos)/ Rhinos

0730 hrs: After breakfast, leave Masai Mara for Lake Nakuru National Park. Lunch en route. On arrival proceed for a game drive round Lake Nakuru to view flamingoes, water buck, RHINO, buffaloes etc. The flamingos at Lake Nakuru are often described as the “WORLD’S GREATEST BIRD SPECTACLE.” After bird and game viewing check into a hotel with private shower/toilet. Dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru / Nairobi / Amboseli

After breakfast, leave depart for Amboseli National Park via Nairobi. Picnic lunch en route. Upon Arrival Proceed to a Masai Village for a traditional tour. (Masai Dances, Fire Lighting Ceremony etc.) withMajestic Mount Kilimanjaro in the background. Dinner and overnight at the campsite.

Day 6: Amboseli

09.30 hrs: Full day explore the park, you will have your picnic lunch with you on this day so that we can maximize the day inside the park. Amboseli National park is one of the most popular wildlife sanctuaries in Kenya. Amboseli National Park is often referred to as “The home of Elephants’ some of the largest Elephant herds are found here. The Game Park also contains vast groups of Zebras, Wildebeests, Giraffes, Buffalo’s, Hippos and Antelopes. Also to be found in Amboseli are lions, Cheetahs, Hyena, Bat Eared Fox and many species of plain gamed through thousands of meters of volcanic rock from Mount Kilimanjaro.Return to camp in the late afternoon for dinner and overnight

Day 7: Amboseli / Namanga / Arusha / Lake Manyara

0700 hrs: After breakfast, leave Amboseli Game Reserve for Namanga border (Immigration and customs, you can get your visas for Tanzania charge $50) and then proceed to Arusha arriving in time for lunch. Thereafter, proceed to Lake Manyara for a game drive in search of lions on trees. Dinner and overnight at the Twiga Campsite.

Day 8 : Lake Manyara / Serengeti

08.00 hrs: After breakfast leave Lake Manyara for Serengeti National Park and en route visit Olduvai Gorge. Game drive and picnic lunch en-route. Dinner and overnight at the Seronera campsite.

Day 9: Serengeti

After breakfast, with picnic lunch proceed for a full day game drive, viewing the fantastic GNU Migration from Masai Mara with predators following at close range. Return to the Seronera campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 10: Serengeti / Ngorongoro

Early morning Serengeti National Park game drive. Return to the campsite for late breakfast and thereafter proceed with picnic lunch for Ngorongoro. Dinner and overnight at the Simba Campsite.

Day 11: Ngorongoro

After breakfast, descent into the Crater for a game drive for (6 hours). Thereafter, ascend from the Crater and drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight at Kudu Campsite.

Day 12 : Ngorongoro / Tarangire

After breakfast leave with a picnic lunch and drive to Tarangire National Park. Proceed on a game drive. Dinner and overnight at the Tarangire Campsite.

Day 13 : Tarangire / Arusha / Nairobi

08.00 hrs: After breakfast leave from Tarangire National Park for Arusha. After lunch leave in a shuttle bus from Arusha for Nairobi, Immigration and customs at Namanga border, arriving into Nairobi around19.30 hrs.

  Kenyan Safaris a thrilling experience
We were a group of 14 and decided on a 11 day tour to witness wlid life in Kenya. We decided on doing the tour thru best camping which was customized for us It was a very good experience for all of us and things were arranged very well right from the time we landed in Kenya till we departed 11 days later. We were given 3 land cruisers which made our travel comfortable. Our 3 drivers cum guides abdullah, Patrik and Ben were really good and extremely helpful. The hotels and the arrangements were very well managed. Imran and Shifana the owners of best camping were in constant touch to ensure everything was going well. The sightings at all venues added to the exhilarating experience. Staying in tents in Masai mara for 3 days was a different experience which all enjoyed. All in all a great trip with wonderful arrangements. Would recommend best camping for all those who want to experience wild life

  Best Trip
We were 14 of us and i believe all of us were a little nervous of how our trip is going to be and how the tour will be managed. However, the warmth with which Best Camping - Imran and Shifana - welcomed us at the airport put us at ease and managed matters for us so beautifully, efficiently and excellently as would have been done only by family. Continuously in touch with us during the full tour, with the super driver guides - Ben, Abdallah and Patrick - and the sightings which we had only earlier dreamed of - made this really one of the BEST tours. Our 11 day, 3 vehicle, 14 people tour was an amazing experience. The well laid out itinerary ensured we had a comfortable and safe journey through out. We were lucky to see the famed wildlife in this wonderful land, thanks to the keen instincts and knowledge of our guides, Ben, Abdullah and Patrika. Keep up the good work Imraan and Shifana.   Great camping at the Masai Mara!
My niece and I used Best Camping for the 3-day Masai Mara adventure. It was a great few days in the “bush”. Our driver, Simon, drove us the Nairobi, through the park on safari and back to Nairobi. The safari was amazing. We saw multiple prides of lion, hyena, cheetah, so many elephants, zebra and even a leopard. We also did the hot air balloon experience which was amazing. The owner met us at our hotel, gave us “travel snacks” and was so welcoming from start to finish. We arrived to the camp and the beds were comfy, tents were clean, and we had a private bathroom/hot shower. The guys at the camp were so friendly and we felt very safe and secure. The cook, Joseph was excellent with both meat and veggie options. This was a great “bush” experience that I hope to do again soon.

  Trip of a lifetime
The trip was incredible. We went for our honeymoon and it was the trip of a lifetime. Best Camping was truly fantastic and Imraan was so incredibly helpful. We went to Ngorongoro and the Sarengeti.   Parikh Family Best Trip 6/2024
We went to Kenya with all our family members total of 10 with my 2 daughters family and 4 grandchildren. Best Camping tours with Mr Imrran Nanji and he has done excellent arrangements with all luxury tents and lodges in Amboseli as well as in Masai Mara and in Nakuru . We are vegetarian and Food at all places was excellent and had lot of tasty Indian food and chefs would make food that we requested also. We were in 2 vans and his drivers were remarkable and took us to all Safari and saw lots of animals too. Mr. IMRAAN NANJI spend lot of time with us and made us feel like a family member which was beyond our expectations and we had privilege to meet his wife, daughter and son. His personal attention was appreciated very much. We were celebrating Anniversary and birthday for IMRAAN made sure that the celebration was done with cake and with music and staff dances. Hot Air balloon was the highlight of our trip with lot of animals viewing and excellent breakfast where we landed and celebrated 80 th birthday for my husband. This trip was remarkable life time experience and according to my kids and grandkids this was the best trip ever. This was possible because of Best Camping tour company and Mr. IMRAAN NANJI .
