For guests looking for an authentic Kenya camping safari, our private campsite along the Talek River offers a unique way to experience the Masai Mara. With just six ensuite safari tents and one family tent, the camp provides an intimate setting close to the wilderness.
Each tent has a proper bed, clean linen, blankets and pillows. In addition, every tent has a private shower and flush toilet. The campsite is equipped with solar lighting, and every tent has its own individual solar light kit, providing comfortable lighting inside the tent and around your immediate campsite area. Fully catered meals are freshly prepared each day.
As night falls, gather around the campfire and listen to the sounds of the African wilderness. Our local Maasai Guards provide security and share their knowledge of the area, local culture and wildlife. As a result, this adds another genuine dimension to the safari experience.
The campsite is ideally positioned for exploring the Masai Mara National Reserve and the wider Mara ecosystem. It is an excellent choice for travellers who want to experience the Mara from a comfortable and authentic private camp.
